We apply a broad range of tools, of which three form the basis of our services.
To benefit from a diversity of perceptions, we first have to become aware of our own. The Model of Freedom is an intercultural behavior framework used to generate self awareness and develop creative perception.
Once we learn that our way is not the one and only, we can start to appreciate differences and learn from others. Appreciative Inquiry helps us to overcome our initial resistance to what we consider strange behaviour. The method supports a learning process through the appreciation of differences, and challenges to postpone judgement.
Appreciating is not the same as adapting; to benefit from the strengths stemming from our varying world-views, we need to stay authentic. Paradox Management is about finding new solutions together, reconciling differences from new ideas into real innovations.
